Healthy Homemade Ketchup
Ingredients
- 1 six-ounce can tomato paste, organic (100% pure tomato pulp)
- 2-3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch ground allspice
- 1 pinch powdered cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional: 1 teaspoon of your favorite low or zero-calorie sweetener
Directions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined.
