Preheat oven to 350. Mix the dry ingredients together and cut in the shortening. Slowly mix in the milk and eggs until combined. Knead dough fix or six times, then roll out to 1/4" or more thick. Cut into 2-inch rounds. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
