Gâteau Au Fromage Du Mére

Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 T sugar
- 3 T margarine
Form into a crust and cook 10 minutes at 325º, let cool 10-20 minutes.
Filling
- 3 8oz containers of cream cheese (Philadelphia is traditional)
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 3 eggs
Directions
Combine with mixer and pour into crust. Cook 55 minutes at 300º, until a little puffed up on top and brown on the edges. Cool 10-20 minutes
Topping
- 1 C sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp water
Combine and spread on top, bake 10 minutes at 300º
Chill.
